Damaged Items

We check your order to ensure that the products meet our high standards when packaging ready for delivery. We do our best to package your order as safely as possible, but if any items in your order have been damaged during delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We will let you know what to do next. Please keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Lastly, please do not return anything before first getting in touch with us.

Other Returns

For returns of any other reasons, please ensure that the return has been delivered back to us within 28 working days from the day you receive your order. We are not responsible for covering the cost of postage.

Return Of Items – Replacements – Refunds

When sending orders back please pack the item(s) carefully, if possible using the original packaging if suitable. We ask you to send the item(s) back to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery if within the UK, or International Recorded if overseas.  

If the item was custom made for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements unless a manufacturing fault or damage due to delivery.

Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under Scottish law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
